Shipping policy

  • FREE Shipping on all orders above R750
  • During working hours, orders are usually processed within 3-5 hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.
  • All orders placed will be shipped out one business day after the order is placed.
  • We ship countrywide, to your door at a flat rate of only R149 should your order total be less than R750.
  • We use a COURIER SERVICE, we do NOT use the Post Office ( SAPO)
  • Delivery will be within 2-3 working days in most instances to major Cities ( JHB, CPT, PTA ), but can take 3 to 5 days to outlying areas.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier company.
